The Service includes the InAppAI API, dashboard at app.inappai.com, and related cloud infrastructure. These Terms do not apply to the open-source React components (@inappai/react), which are licensed separately under the MIT License.

We will notify you when your usage reaches 50%, 75%, 90%, and 100% of your plan limits.

Free tier usage is subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.
The Service, including all software, APIs, documentation, and trademarks, is owned by InAppAI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.
You retain ownership of content you provide to the Service, including knowledge base URLs and any data transmitted through the API. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service.
The InAppAI React components are open source and licensed under the MIT License. This license is separate from these Terms.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger or acquisition.
